Refund policy

Cancellations: Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the order has been dispatched to our supplier, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing Time: Once a return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated from our end. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard payment gateway processing timelines.
